William Fallon - President

William, a freshman in UT-Austin’s Business Honors Program, is the President of Gloves for Good. Previously, William was the Director of Collections for G4G, where he dramatically expanded the amount of equipment collected from local little leagues and high schools. Will manages all aspects of G4G.   He has won a number of national, regional and state baseball championships. Will was an All District third baseman for Lamar High School’s baseball team and an All District kicker for the Lamar’s football team.


John Fallon - Founder

John recently graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and Statistics. At Harvard, John was an All Ivy League baseball player and team captain.  He has played organized baseball since he was five and has won numerous national, regional, and local team and individual awards. John’s teams have captured little league, district and sectional championships and regional and national titles. John played for Lamar High School, Columbia Angels, the Post Oak Little League, and the Banditos Baseball Club. 

 


Sammy Gonzales Luna - Executive Advisor

Sammy graduated from Princeton University, with a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering. He was an active member in Princeton Faith and Action, a Christian service and ministry group and plays for Princeton's Varsity baseball team. Sammy is the CEO of his recent startup, Pareto Technologies. He has a diverse background in service and has worked at other organizations such as Scenic Houston and Engineers Without Borders. He is an alumnus of Lamar High School and played catcher for the Lamar Texans. He formerly played for West University Little League, the Houston Heat and the Houston Slam. 


Morgan Allen - Vice President of Collections North Texas

Morgan, a senior and starting varsity shortstop at Denton Guyer High School in Denton, TX is our North Texas Vice President. Morgan is a student athlete who exhibits leadership on and off the field through dedication, strong work ethic, and drive in all aspects of his life.

His love of sports was evident when he was very young. He not only played select baseball, but also played basketball through his middle school years. Morgan has played baseball for various organizations including Highland Village Storm, Dallas Dodgers, DBI Black Sox, and his current team Albuquerque Baseball Academy. 

Morgan is in the top 1% of his class, a member of the National English Honor Society, a member of the National Honors Society and a member of the Student Athlete Community Service Network (SACSN). He is being recruited by multiple schools for baseball and wants to continue his education and baseball career. He would like to get a degree in Computer Science.

Will Reeves - Vice President of Operations

Will is a senior at Lamar High School and has joined the G4G board as the Senior Vice President of Operations. He has played baseball since he was 4 years old at the local and national level and is currently a varsity outfielder for Lamar High School. Will plays summer ball for the Ray Hammond Baseball program. Will has always been very active in the community, going on multiple mission trips to other countries building churches, feeding the homeless, and volunteering at pre schools. He is highly focused on improving the living conditions of those less fortunate. Will is a straight A student in the International Baccalaureate Program. For work, Will is a lifeguard and assists his dad at his auto body shop.


Joseph Lipper - Vice President of Collections South

Joe is a senior at Lamar High School where he pitches for the baseball team. Joe grew up playing baseball at Post Oak Little League and has played on numerous summer teams through the league, including his summer team, The Storm. Joseph is a straight A student in the International Baccalaureate Program and is also a member of the National Honor Society. Joseph plays an active role in his community as a Teachers Assistant for Sunday School at his Synagogue. He looks forward to one day being a pitcher at The University of Texas at Austin.


Connor Franey - Vice President Houston Distributions

Connor is a senior outfielder for Lamar High School. He has played baseball since he was five for West University Little League, where he has won multiple district and sectional titles and for  Kyle Chapman. Connor has also played for multiple summer teams such as the Columbia Angels and the Houston Rangers. Connor is a straight A student in the International Baccalaureate Program at Lamar and is member of National Honor Society. Outside of school and baseball Connor works as a lifeguard and enjoys playing golf.


Nicholas Payne - Mid Atlantic Vice President

Nicholas is currently a Freshman at Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Maryland. He plays short stop and center fielder for the Bethesda Chevy Chase Select Baseball team. Nicholas revitalized the tee-ball program at Our Lady of Mercy Church in 2016 coaching pre-k through 2nd grade students in the fundamentals of the sport. Nicholas has played locally in several leagues within the state of Maryland since 2009. In the summer of 2016, he travelled for the ultimate little league experience to Cooperstown, New York. Nicholas seeks to spread his love and joy of America's favorite pastime as he develops himself as a future Washington Nationals' infielder.

 

 


Hayden Rome - Vice President of Collections West

Hayden is a senior at The Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas.  He has been working with Gloves for Good since 8th grade.  He has been an outfielder and pitcher for Kinkaid’s varsity baseball team since his sophomore year.  Hayden grew up playing baseball at Post Oak Little League, winning more banners than any other team in league history, including the 2013 Little League World Series US Runner-Up.  Hayden is also a varsity letterman in soccer and football.  As a kicker, Hayden was selected to represent Team USA’s 18U team in the 2017 North American Championship game against Canada.  Hayden is a straight A student who hopes to play football, baseball, or soccer at a highly selective college, focusing on physics and mathematics.



Lizzy Fallon - Vice President of Marketing

Lizzy is a junior at Columbia University in New York City where she is majoring in political science. She attended Episcopal High School in Houston, TX.  In high school, she was a nationally competitive field hockey player, a four year letterman for the Knights, and captain of the Field Hockey team her junior and senior years.  Lizzy played for the Texas Pride Field Hockey Club and competed nationally in the USA Field Hockey program. Lizzy played field hockey her freshman year for the Lions of Columbia University.   Lizzy has significant training and education in commercial art and design and has worked as a graphic designer for numerous fundraising and charitable programs.
